2025-2026 Fixture List
All competitions are played at Fife Ice Arena, Rosslyn Street, Kirkcaldy on Monday or Tuesday evenings at 17:45 or 20:00
Province League (joint league with East of Fife clubs)
A traditional league comprising teams from West and East Fife Province, where each team plays each club once.

A club can only enter 1 team.

The winner of the league is the team with most points (2 points for a win and 1 point for a peeled game)

In the event of a tie most Ends Scored, then highest Shots Up, then highest Total Shots will determine the final league positions

If the winner of the league is an East Fife team, then the highest placed West Fife team shall be declared the West Fife Province League

The winning West Fife team will represent West Fife Province in the next season’s Area 10 Inter Province Bonspiel
Bonspiel (joint with East of Fife clubs)
A traditional bonspiel played on 1 evening, where participating teams from East and West Fife will be randomly drawn against other participating teams.

A club can only enter 1 team.

The winner is the team with highest Shots Up score

Score in any single end … will determine the winner

Mixed Knockout
The Competition will be played on a knockout basis. Each West Fife club can enter up to 3 teams

The competition is open to any four curlers of member clubs. However, if the same 4 curlers cannot participate in all rounds of the competition, then the team can use up to 3 substitutes.

No player may play in more than one Rink for the duration of the competition.

Games will be played over 8 ends or the bell

In the event that a match is tied at the bell, the Rink having won the greater number of ends will be the winner.

In the event that ends are even, players playing last stones in each Rink will draw the tee to decide the winner. Normal sweeping rules will apply.

Winners will represent West Fife Province in next season’s Scottish Province Championship

Runners Up will represent West Fife Province in the next season’s Area 10 Inter Province Bonspiel
Ladies Knockout
The Competition will be played on a knockout basis. Each West Fife club can enter up to 3 teams

The competition is open to any four curlers of member clubs. However, if the same 4 curlers cannot participate in all rounds of the competition, then the team can use up to 3 substitutes.

Pairs
The Competition will be played on a knockout basis.

The competition will be open to curlers who preferably have been successful in winning their

Club's pairs competition in the previous season. However any 2 curlers from the same club can enter.

Games will be played over 5 ends, except the final which is played over 8 ends or the bell

Each player will play 4 stones each

The winning pair will be those who are most shots up at the end of their match.

In the event of a draw, the winners will be the Pair having won most ends, then the Pair having the greatest number of shots up at any end.

If a further tiebreak is necessary, the players playing last stones will draw the tee to decide the winner. Normal sweeping rules will apply.
Waldie Griffiths
The Waldie-Griffith Inter Province Cup is a competition for Scottish Provinces.
Games are played during the day and can be at any ice rink in Scotland.
The Provinces to participate are drawn by Scottish Curling and it is not certain that West Fife Province will play in this competition each year
Each West Fife club states how many rinks (up to a maximum of 4 rinks) they can put forward, although the final 4 teams will be selected by the West Fife Province committee
